Refund Policy

All Sales Final

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all candle sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on used or unused items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We carefully package every order, but if your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as we begin processing quickly to ensure fast shipping.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
