Processing Time
All orders are processed within [2–4] business days. During high-volume periods or seasonal launches, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will always do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Typical delivery times after shipment:

Lost or Delayed Packages
Teton Valley Candle Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
